EL8 Recruitment are a Specialist Hospitality Recruiter and we are working with a great hotel group who are looking for a talented Sales Manager to join their team and work with senior management to develop the hotel’s meetings and events business.

A well-known hotel group offering a 4-Star environment. The hotel is known for its great setting, wonderful service and strong food offering.

They boast an excellent number of rooms/suites, a large variety of conference suites and facilities to hold over 100/200 delegates on any single event, they have several strong USP’s to aid the successful Sales Manager develop new business.

Reporting into the Director of Sales you will be responsible for proactively selling the hotel to new businesses/clients, both locally and nationally.

As such, you must be a strong business developer and keen to develop new business through using a variety of methods such as cold calling, networking and referral businesses.

You will be experienced in maintaining and growing relationships and keen to continually grow the hotel’s market share.

Being the face of the business, you will attend various trade shows and exhibitions and must be able to think outside the box in developing new business.

We are looking for someone from a Hospitality background, ideally with a MICE background, however, we are happy to receive applications from anyone with a similar Business Development background that can demonstrate the required skills and experience.
