Restaurant Manager – Windsor – High-End Branded Hotel Restaurant – £28k
We are recruiting a Restaurant Manager join the team of a fantastic boutique hotel, set in heart of Windsor.
The hotel is elegant and stylish leading it to being popular for afternoon stays, conferences and wedding all year round and royal occasions.
Working in the high end branded restaurant you will have responsibility for the service of food and beverage to residents, spa guests and local visitors.
·All sales activity is monitored in line with company policy and brand standards and exceptional service to all guests
·Monitor and control departmental costs and controls Identify, provide, evaluate and monitor departmental learning and development
·Constantly identify areas for improvement in service and food and beverage quality by reviewing various service quality audit reports, guest comment cards and guest incident reports, and formulate action plans accordingly, also in cooperation with the respective Executive Chef
·Observe the competition, current market and international trends, prices with the market and other new ideas and react accordingly Ensure that grooming and appearance standards are always implemented and maintained to reflect an image of professionalism and care.
·Encourage proactive, efficient and effective inter-departmental communication within and beyond the Ensuring the restaurant is prepared for service
- Experience in working within a busy food establishment within a management role
- Excellent communication skills with a passion for guest service
- Supervisory experience within a quality food service hotel/restaurant required
- Ability to manage and motivate a team and ensure excellence customer service
