EL8 Recruitment are a Specialist Hospitality recruiter and we’re working with one of the fastest growing Holiday Park businesses in the UK to find talented and passionate leaders to manage one of their Premium Flagship Sites.
Within the role, you will have full accountability for managing the Day to Day operation of this successful Leisure Complex, this will consist of running Sales Teams, Restaurants, Arcades, Shops & Refreshments and various operational teams such as maintenance and housekeeping.
You will be responsible for a £10M+ Turnover business, leading a direct report team of 6 Heads of Departments, with a total head count of circa 80 staff and delivering across a balance scorecard.
The business is performing well and requires a strong leader who can take an operation from good to great!
We’re looking for a strong commercially minded leader, ideally with a background within the hospitality or leisure sector. You must be comfortable with driving bottom line revenue though the delivery of great service, be good with financials and be a strong leader.

A starting salary of circa £45,000 (DOE)
