Front Office Manager- International Group- £35,000 – Benefits – Wembley
We are currently recruiting for a Front Office Manager to join this 350 bedroom hotel which is part of an international hotel chain.
As a Front Office Manager you will be managing a team of 16 and will report directly to the General Manager. The ideal candidate would have worked as a Front Office Manager in a busy hotel with over 200 bedrooms and has knowledge of the Opera system.
You will be responsible for managing Reception and Nights and driven the business forward along with implement systems and procedures and be responsible for training and development.
Other duties for the role will include:
- Ensure smooth running of the department on a day to day basis
- establishing training programmes and review all training and development
- Liaising with guests
- Working well with other departments
- Ensure all reservations and accurate
- Demonstrate a customer focused attitude
For this role we are looking for either a existing Front Office Manager or a strong Reception Manager looking for their first step into a Front Office Manager role.
