We are currently recruiting for an exceptional individual for this stunning hotel situated in Ascot. This hotel part of a small, exclusive worldwide hotel group is currently seeking a person to manage their Guest Services Department.

Report directly to the General Manager you will be responsible for providing guests with a bespoke and memorable experience and make sure that the level of Guest Services is exceptional from start to finish.

Duties of the Director of Guest Service will include the following:

  • Leading and developing the guest services and making sure that all team members understand what their duties involve
  • Recruitment and training within the department
  • Lead departmental meetings
  • Maximizes rooms revenue and profitability
  • Maintains high visibility in public areas

To be successful for this role we are looking for:

  • Previous Five Star experience of front of house management ideally for a luxury high end hotel
  • Have experience of maximising room revenue
  • Managing and training Guest Services teams
  • Be conversant with The Opera system
